At Leela Journals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your journal or planner doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, including a copy of your packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
